Store Hours:

Monday through Friday -  9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Closed for selected holidays. 



Please note that if Dubuque Community Schools closed due to weather, so does our Scout Shop for our employees and patrons safety.

Why purchase at the NE Iowa Council Scout Shop?

  • You have to pay postage and tax if you order online-but not at the Northeast Iowa Council Trading Post.
  • If you order clothing online, you can't try it on first and must pay for postage if you need to return the item.
  • The profit from online sales goes to National Supply, not to your local Council.
  • You can't return an item ordered online to your local store, it has to be shipped to National Supply.

    New Council Strip

    We have had a great response on our new council strip. The new council strip cost $4.00 and they are flying off the shelf. This colorful patch can be worn on the official Boy Scout and Cub Scout uniform.
